Meet Laura

Hi, I'm Laura! With over two decades of specialized experience in pelvic health physical therapy, I have dedicated my career to helping people reclaim their comfort, confidence, and quality of life. I understand that pelvic health concerns can feel deeply personal and, at times, overwhelming to talk about. That is why I've built a practice grounded in empathy, active listening, and a strictly judgement-free approach.

Over the past 20+ years, I have successfully treated thousands of patients navigating complex pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, chronic pain, and bladder and bowel dysfunction. By combining my extensive clinical experience with the latest evidence-based research, I create highly customized treatment plans that respect your body, time, and goals.

I treat you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. My goal is to demystify pelvic health, answer your questions with total transparency, and give you the practical tools needed to heal. When we work together, you're partnering with an expert who truly listens, is a supportive ally, and is entirely invested in your long-term wellness.

I look forward to beginning our journey together.

Patient stories

In their own words.

Laura listened in a way no other provider had. After years of being passed around, I finally felt seen — and we made real progress within just a few sessions.
— Patient, North Shore
The full hour, in my own home, made all the difference. There was no rush, no clipboard between us. Just thoughtful, expert care.
— Postpartum patient
Laura's depth of knowledge and her ability to explain what was happening in my body gave me back so much confidence. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
— Patient, recovering from pelvic surgery
Philosophy of Care

How we work — and why it's different.

PRINCIPLE 01

Trauma-informed by default

Pelvic care is some of the most intimate work in medicine. Every technique is explained, every exam is consented to, and nothing is ever forced. The patient leads the pace.

PRINCIPLE 02

Whole-body treatments

Often pelvic health dysfunctions are rooted in dysfunctions outside the pelvis itself. We focus on full body assessment to address the root cause of your problem.

PRINCIPLE 03

Care as a team sport

The best outcomes happen when PT works alongside your full care team — OB/GYN, urogyn, colorectal, mental health, primary care. We refer freely and collaborate openly.

PRINCIPLE 04

Timing

No extensive wait times for treatment. Most new patients are seen within two weeks, and urgent post-op or acute referrals are accommodated when possible.
