What a visit looks like

The first session, step by step.

STEP ONE

A real conversation

We start with history — medical, surgical, obstetric, and personal. What you've tried, what hasn't worked, what you want to be able to do again.

STEP TWO

A complete assessment

Posture, breath, abdominal strength, hip and spinal mechanics. With your consent, an external and/or internal pelvic floor assessment to check for tension or weakness.

STEP THREE

A plan you understand

Before you leave, we'll discuss a plan forward based on your goals — what we found, what it likely means, and the path forward.

Each session is completed with the principles of trauma-informed care at the forefront. Many things shape comfort in our bodies, including past experiences and belief systems. Body autonomy and safety are the pillars of each session and never compromised.
