We are an out-of-network provider with all private insurance plans. We provide every patient a detailed superbill after each visit, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.
We are in-network with Medicare.
It depends entirely on your plan. We recommend calling your insurer and asking about your out-of-network outpatient PT benefits, including your deductible and reimbursement rate. We're happy to walk you through what to ask.
It varies. Some patients achieve their goals quickly, and others have complex symptoms and healing takes time. You'll have a clear plan after your evaluation — and we'll revisit it together as we go.
No. An internal exam is never required, and it is always completely optional.
Your comfort, boundaries, and emotional safety are my highest priorities. While an internal assessment can provide valuable data about muscle strength and tension, it is only one tool among many. We can gather immense insight, track your progress, and build a highly effective treatment plan without an internal exam.
Every step of your care is entirely up to you. We will only ever perform an exam if you feel ready, fully comfortable, and give explicit consent. You always have total control over your body and your session.
Massachusetts allows direct access to physical therapy — no referral required. That said, we collaborate closely with referring providers when one is involved.
The exception is if you are a Medicare beneficiary. Medicare does require a physician referral prior to the start of services. Please reach out to discuss further.
Currently, our practice is focused on women's care. If you have been referred to us by your physician, please send us an email and we can discuss further.
Yes — we do! Pediatrics isn't a population we actively market to, as after-school availability is limited. That said, if your child needs pelvic health physical therapy, please reach out and we'll discuss further.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full visit fee. This protects time for other patients who need it.
Yes. PT is an eligible expense under HSA and FSA plans. We accept payment via card, including HSA/FSA cards.
