Private insurance: We are an out-of-network provider with all private insurances. Payment is expected at time of service. We will offer you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We highly suggest you contact your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network benefit and potential costs beforehand.
Sliding scale: We are happy to discuss sliding scale rates. Please email to discuss further.
Medicare: We are in-network with Medicare and will complete billing per Medicare guidelines.
